大学生心理资本对创业动机的影响研究——以财经类院校为例

摘　　要：在高校扩招和经济下行的双重压力下,大学生就业问题一直是高校面临的棘手问题。创业是解决大学生就业压力的可行途径。本文从大学生心理资本出发,探寻提高创业动机的内部驱动要素。本文以财经类院校为例,运用SPSS问卷数据对心理资本和创业动机关系进行了分析。研究发现,心理资本的乐观、韧性、自我效能和希望维度对创业动机的追名求富、家庭影响、环境支持和自我实现维度都具有显著影响。本文也提出了相关的对策建议。Under the dual pressure of college enrollment expansion and economic downturn, the employment problem of college students has always been a difficult problem for colleges and universities. Entrepreneurship is a feasible way to solve the employment pressure of college students. Starting from the psychological capital of college students, this paper explores the internal driving factors to improve entrepreneurial motivation. This paper takes financial and economics colleges as an example, and uses SPSS to analyze the relationship between psychological capital and entrepreneurial motivation. The study found that the optimism, resilience, self-efficacy and hope dimension of psychological capital have a significant impact on the entrepreneurial motives of the pursuit of wealth, family influence, environmental support and self-realization dimensions. This paper also proposes relevant countermeasures.
