摘  要:“互联网+双创”时代,提高了会计行业人才的能力需求标准,对行业未来发展产生了较为深远的影响。在新的挑战与机遇下,高校会计专业人才的培养,亟需重新梳理与整合校内外各种资源,重塑会计人才培养理念。本文在探讨会计专业校企合作实践教育优势的基础上,重塑实践教育基地建设的目标,以组织管理、实践条件、实践形式、实践内容、团队建设等多维度视角分析了校企合作实践教育基地的实施路径,以期推进会计实践教育改革进程。In the era of “Internet + Innovation and entrepreneurship”, the capability requirement standards of talents in the accounting industry have been raised, which has had a far-reaching impact on the future development of the industry. Facing the new challenges and opportunities, the cultivation of accounting professionals urgently needs to reorganize and integrate various resources inside and outside the school, and reshape the concept of accounting talent training in the universities. On the basis of discussing the advantages of accounting professional cooperation between schools and enterprises, this paper reshapes the goal of practice education base construction, and analyzes implementation path of the school-enterprise cooperation practice education from the perspectives of organization management, practical conditions, practial forms, practical content, team building and so on,with a view to promoting the reform process of accounting practice teaching.
