摘　　要：目的评估玉环市实施居民高血压免费药物配送项目对高血压及相关疾病的防控效果。方法回顾评阅相关文献和政策文件,查看免费药物发放记录、慢性病随访数据库和医保相关数据库等,收集相关数据。结果在项目开展的10年中,高血压患者的血压控制率迅速提高并基本保持在较高水平,2017年平均收缩压和舒张压分别较2009年降低了16.7 mmHg和6.0mmHg。高血压免费项目覆盖率越高的乡镇,其血压控制率越高,冠心病、脑卒中患者的病死率越低。结论该项目有效地促进了当地高血压及相关疾病防控,但需要进一步优化和调整,以满足人民群众日益增长的健康需求。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the control of hypertensive and related diseases of the free drug delivery project for hypertension in Yuhuan. METHODS Literatures and policy documents were reviewed. Free drug distribution records, chronic disease follow-up data base,and medical insurance related database were used to collect the relevant data. RESULTS During the 10-year of that project,the blood pressure control rate of hypertension patients increased rapidly and kept at the higher level. In 2017,their means of systolic and di astolic blood pressure were 16.7 and 6.0 mmHg lower than those in 2009. The higher control rate of hypertensive and the lower fatality rates of patients with coronary heart disease and stroke were as the higher coverage proportions of that project. CONCLUSION The project might effectively improve the effect of hypertension prevention and control,but it should be further optimized and adjusted to meet the growing health needs of the people.
