自制热奄包联合推拿治疗小儿腹泻的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察自制热奄包联合推拿治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法将228例腹泻患儿随机分为观察组(采取自制热奄包+推拿按摩治疗)和对照组(采取推拿按摩治疗),比较两组的疗效、症状积分、恢复速度及肠道菌群。结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组各症状积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿腹泻好转、呕吐消失、发热消失、正常进食和正常排便时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组肠杆菌、肠球菌水平显著低于对照组,乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自制热奄包+推拿按摩可以有效治疗小儿腹泻,且见效更快。OBJECTIVE To observe the efficacy of self-made Reyanbaocombined with massage on diarrhea in children.METHODSA total of 228 children patients with diarrhea were randomly divided into observation group(given self-made Reyanbao + massage therapy)and control group(given massage therapy). The efficacy,symptoms scores,recovery rate and intestinal flora were compared.RESULTS The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than controlgroup(P <0.05). After treatment,the symptoms scores in observation group were significantly lower than control group(P <0.05). The diarrhea improvement time,vomiting disappear ance time,fever disappearance time,normal eating and normal defecation time in observation group were significantly lower than con trol group(P <0.05). After treatment,the levels of Enterobacter and Enterococcus in observation group were significantly lower than con trol group while the levels of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacteria were significantly higher than control group(P <0.05).CONCLUSIONS elfmadeReyanbao + massage could effectively treat diarrhea in children,which had fast effects.
