上海市浦东宣桥社区舒缓疗护病房资源使用现状探讨

摘　　要：我国人口老龄人数非常可观,老龄化趋势日益严重,每个人都有生存的权力,但是并不是每个人都能自主得选择如何死亡,很多临终患者在生命晚期,家属明知无能为力,依然进行着无效治疗,不仅浪费了很多的医疗资源,也让病人承受了很多痛苦。舒缓疗护为患者提供一种全面照顾,通过预测、防止和对痛苦的处理来优化患者生命质量。提高家属的生活质量,舒缓疗护贯穿疾病的始终,涵盖生理、心理、情感以及社会等方面。本研究对上海地区舒缓疗护现状综述,对比宣桥社区舒缓病房使用疗护情况,探讨宣桥社区舒缓疗护服务应该如何扬长避短和如何寻找适合宣桥社区舒缓疗护普及的发展方向。China’s aging population was very impressive,and the trend of aging was becoming more and more severe. Everyone had the power to live,but not everyone could choose how to die. Many dying patients were in theirlast-period,and their families knew nothing and still insisted treatment. Not only was a lot of medical resources wasted,but the patient suffered a lot of pain.The palliative care provid ed a comprehensive care for the patient and optimized the patient’s quality of life by predicting,preventing,and handling pain. Im proving the lifequality of the family members,relieving the treatment and care throughout the disease,covering physiological,psycho logical,emotional,social and other aspects. It aimed to summarize the current situation of soothing treatment in Shanghai,compare the use of the Xuanqiaocommunity soothing ward,and explore how the Xuanqiao community soothing treatment services should be used to avoid weaknesses and how to find a suitable development direction for the popularization of the XuanqiaoCommunity.
