摘  要:侧围外板转角深拉伸成形过程复杂,起皱缺陷影响因素较多,通过理论和autoform软件仿真分析发现转角法兰起皱主要是两直角区域A、C和圆角区域B材料流入量不均衡导致的压应力失稳,可采用分时序降低冲压瞬时板料成形接触长度厶来提高板料受到的临界压应力值;转角侧壁起皱的主要原因是压料面深度不够造成的侧壁剪切应力失稳,可通过增大压边圈行程来提高侧壁拉伸中的刚性。In this paper,we find that corner flange crease is mainly the compressive stress caused by the uneven inflow of A、C materials in two right angles and B materials in circular angles.The critical compressive stress value of sheet metal can be increased by reducing the contact length L of stamping instantaneous sheet metal forming in time series.The main reason for the corner side wall wrinkle is the instability of the side wall shear stress caused by the lack of depth of the compaction surface.The stiffness in the side wall tension can be increased by increasing the stroke of the pressure edge ring.
