摘 要:在注射成型过程中,当塑件有侧向结构面积比较大或侧向深度较大时,造成模具侧凸凹结构和侧抽成型塑件成型面间的脱模阻力非常大,在模具侧抽过程中不能很好地完成塑件脱模,容易造成拉伤或拉裂塑件。针对这种问题提出了相应的解决思路,利用在侧抽机构上设置相应的结构对塑件侧面进行强制固定。对目前常见的斜推机构和弯销侧抽机构分别进行了分析,并进行了创新设计。In the process of injection moulding,when the area of the lateral structure is large or the depth of the lateral structure is large,the demoulding resistance between the lateral structure and the forming surface of the side-drawing part is very large.During the opening of the mold,the separation between the plastic part and the molding surface can not be completed very well,and the strains of parts can easily be caused.Aiming at this problem,the corresponding solutions were put forward,the idea of forcibly fixing the plastic part by setting the corresponding structure on the side-drawing mechanism was used.The common slanted ejector mechanism and dog-leg cam side-pulling mechanism were analyzed in this paper,and innovative design was carried out.
