原因不明复发性流产与sFlt-1的相关性及其临床意义分析

摘　　要：目的探讨原因不明复发性流产与sFlt-1的相关性及其临床意义。方法选取2016年7月至2018年7月我院收治的原因不明复发性流产患者77例作为研究组,同时选取在我院进行体检的正常早孕妇女77例作为对照组,检测两组人群血清中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)与可溶性血管内皮生长因子受体(sFlt-1)浓度。比较两组人群血清中VEGF与sFlt-1水平、绒毛组织中VEGF与sFlt-1表达情况、原因不明复发性流产与可溶性血管内皮生长因子受体(sFlt-1)的相关性。结果研究组血清中VEGF与sFlt-1水平高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组绒毛组织中VEGF与sFlt-1阳性表达率高于对照组(P<0.05);原因不明复发性流产与可溶性血管内皮生长因子受体(sFlt-1)呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论原因不明复发性流产与sFlt-1的相关性分析中,发现原因不明复发性流产与sFlt-1存在紧密的联系,原因不明复发性流产与sFlt-1呈正相关,对其进行检测对于临床进一步治疗是非常有必要的。Objective To investigate the correlation between unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion and sFlt-1and its clinical significance. Methods Seventy-seven patients with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion admitted and as study group in our hospital from July in 2016 to July in 2018.77 normal pregnant women who underwent physical examination in our hospital were selected as the control group.Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) and Soluble Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptor (sFlt-1) Concentration The levels of VEGF and sFlt-1 in serum,the expression of VEGF and sFlt-1 in villus tissues,and the relationship between unexplained recurrent abortion and soluble vascular endothelial growth factor receptor (sFlt-1) were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of VEGF and sFlt-1 in the serum of the study group were higher than those in the control group ( P <0.05).The positive expression rates of VEGF and sFlt-1 in the villus tissues of the study group were higher than those in the control group ( P <0.05).The recurrent spontaneous abortion was unknown.The soluble vascular endothelial growth factor receptor (sFlt-1) was positively correlated ( P <0.05). Conclusion In the analysis of the relationship between recurrent abortion and sFlt-1,the cause of recurrent abortion is closely related to sFlt-1.Unexplained recurrent abortion is positively correlated with sFlt-1.Treatment is very necessary.
