摘  要:为了解决繁殖后期母狐不发情的问题,试验针对30只繁殖后期不发情母蓝狐(Alopex lagopus),随机分成3组,每组10只。Ⅰ组先注射孕酮(P)再注射垂体促卵泡素(FSH)和孕马血清(PMSG),Ⅱ组注射垂体促卵泡素(FSH)和孕马血清(PMSG),Ⅲ组对照不做任何处理。发情母蓝狐输精时一次性注射促黄体素释放激素A3 (LRH-3)。结果表明:Ⅰ组有3只发情并输精,其中2只假妊娠,无产仔;Ⅱ组有2只发情并输精,有1只假妊娠,也无产仔。Ⅲ组蓝狐均无发情表现。说明联合使用外源激素P+FSH+PMSG+LRH-3能够促使部分不发情的母蓝狐发情,但不能使其产仔。To solve the problem of estrus-free female foxes in late reproductive period,30 female blue foxes in late reproductive period were randomly designated into three groups (groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ),10 foxes in each group.Group Ⅰ was injected with progesterone (P) and then with Follicle-Stimulating Hormone (FSH) and pregnant mare serum gonadotropin (PMSG),group Ⅱ was injected with FSH and PMSG,group Ⅲ served as a control (no treatment).Luteinin-releasing hormone A3 (LRH-3) was injected into estrous blue fox during insemination.In group Ⅰ,three foxes showed estrus and were inseminated,two of them were suspected to be pregnant (false pregnancy),but had no offspring.In group Ⅱ,two foxes showed estrus and were inseminated,one of them was suspected to be pregnant and had no offspring.No estrus was detected in group Ⅲ.The results showed that the combined use of exogenous hormone P+FSH+PMSG+LRH-3 could promote the estrus of some non-estrus female blue foxes,but could not induce production of offspring.
