摘　　要：麋鹿是我国特有重点保护鹿科动物,是全球濒危物种保护的成功范例,具有重要的生态和文化价值。从乌邦寺建群到现今遍布世界的多个小种群来看,麋鹿的数量在逐步增长,生存力和繁殖力未发现有明显下降。麋鹿极小种群复壮造成其中性遗传多样性极度趋同,种群内个体之间的遗传相似系数极高,理论上影响其可持续发展的生存潜力。这些问题引起了学者和保护管理者的极大关注。本文从麋鹿的分类地位、遗传多样性研究概况等方面进行综述,为深入了解我国麋鹿进化地位、遗传多样性状况,加强我国麋鹿遗传资源的保护与管理,以及种群的健康可持续发展提供参考。Père David s deer is an endangered deer species endemic to China,which is a successful example of global endangered species conservation,and has important ecological and cultural values.The number of Père David s deer has been increasing gradually from the founder population at Woburn Abbey,UK to many small populations around the world with no detectable decline in viability or fecundity.However,because Père David s deer was restored from an extremely small founder population,the neutral genetic diversity is basically lost,the genetic similarity coefficient between individuals in the population is very high,and the theoretically survival potential for sustainable development is low.These problems have aroused great concern among scholars and conservation managers.In this study,we reviewed the classification status and genetic diversity of Père David s deer to build a reference for the conservation of genetic resources and the healthy and sustainable development of Père David s deer populations in China.
