摘 要:制备了物理双交联高强度水凝胶P(Am-co-Ac-co-VDT)/Fe3+,2-乙烯基-4-6-二氨基-2-乙烯基-1,3,5-三嗪(VDT)在水中能形成的氢键实现水凝胶的第一重物理交联;Fe3+与分子链上的-COO-形成离子配位,得到第二重物理交联。通过探究氢键和离子交联的协同作用,获得了具有高的拉伸强度(4.34 MPa)和断裂伸长率(1764%)的P(Am-co-Ac-co-VDT)/Fe3+水凝胶。离子配位作用提供了水凝胶的pH敏感性;VDT含有二氨基三嗪(DAT)官能团形成的氢键使水凝胶吸附一定量的5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu),并在pH调整下还可以释放5-Fu,使该高强度水凝胶具有氢键吸附-释放的功能性。The research on the high strength hydrogel with multi-function has become a hotspot in recent years. In this study, dual physical crosslinked high strength hydrogels P(Am-co-Ac-co-VDT)/Fe3+ were simply prepared. Hydrogen bonds were formed by 4-6-diamino-2-vinyl-1,3,5-triazine(VDT) to achieve the first physical cross-linking of hydrogels;the ionic coordination with Fe3+ and-OO- on molecular chains forms the second physical crosslink. By exploring the synergistic effect of hydrogen bonding and ionic coordination, a P(Am-co-Ac-co-VDT)/Fe3+ hydrogel with the high tensile strength(4.34 MPa) and the elongation at break(1764%) was obtained. The ionic coordination provides pH sensitivity to the hydrogel;the hydrogen bonds formed by the diaminotriazine(DAT) functional groups in VDT allow the hydrogel to adsorb a certain amount of 5-fluorouracil(5-Fu) and release 5-Fu under pH adjustment, resulting that the high strength hydrogel has the function of hydrogen bond adsorption-release.
