德阳市2013-2017年性病门诊男性就诊者哨点监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的:对德阳市2013~2017年性病门诊男性就诊者监测结果进行分析,为制定相关防控措施提供依据。方法:依据《全国艾滋病哨点监测方案》,对德阳市人民医院性病门诊男性就诊者实施哨点监测。结果:2013至2017年共监测2000人,以20~49岁青壮年为主(78.90%),近3月内有过临时性伴、与暗娼发生性行为的高危行为发分别是3.95%和4.80%。性病病种排在前3位的为梅毒(89人,4.54%)、尖锐湿疣(70人,3.57%)和生殖道沙眼衣原体感染(24人,1.22%)。共检出HIV抗体阳性者43例,检出率为2.15%。结论:应针对本省户籍已婚青壮年、60以上老年人等重点人群开展健康教育和行为干预,减少性病和HIV的感染传播。Objective: To analyze the results of sentinel surveillance of male outpatients with sexually transmitted disease(STD) in Deyang, China, from 2013 to 2017, and to provide a basis for formulating related prevention and control measures. Methods: Sentinel surveillance was performed for male STD outpatients who visited Deyang People’s Hospital according to National AIDS Sentinel Surveillance Program. Results: A total of 2000 individuals were monitored from 2013 to 2017, most of whom were young adults aged 20-49 years(78.90%), and the incidence rates of high-risk sexual behaviors with temporary sexual partners and illicit prostitutes in the past three months were3.95% and 4.80%, respectively. Syphilis(89 patients, 4.54%) was the most common type of STD, followed by condyloma acuminatum(70 patients, 3.57%) and Chlamydia trachomatis infection of the genital tract(24 patients, 1.22%).A total of 43 patients with positive HIV antibody were screened out, with a detection rate of 2.15%. Conclusion:Health education and behavioral intervention should be carried out among the key population in Sichuan such as married young adults and the elderly aged >60 years, in order to reduce the transmission of STD and HIV.
