摘 要:为研究不同阳离子聚合物对5,10,15,20-四(4-磺酸基苯基)卟啉(TPPS)在水溶液中的自组装行为的诱导作用,采用质量分数为3%的季铵化壳聚糖、聚环氧氯丙烷-胺阳离子聚合物诱导TPPS的自组装行为,并通过紫外可见(UV-vis)光谱对其进行表征。结果表明:在季铵化壳聚糖诱导下,TPPS在溶液pH低于4时自组装形成J-型聚集体,pH高于4时以去质子化单体形式存在;在聚环氧氯丙烷-胺阳离子聚合物诱导下,TPPS在溶液pH低于3时自组装形成J-型聚集体,高于3时自组装转化为H-型聚集体;无阳离子聚合物诱导时,TPPS仅在pH为1时的高酸性条件下才自组装为J-型聚集体;电中性聚合物聚乙烯醇对TPPS分子自组装无明显影响;阳离子聚合物诱导下的TPPS分子自组装不受TPPS浓度的影响。In order to investigate the inducement of different cationic polymers to the self-assembly behavior of 5,10,15,20-tetrakis(4-sulfophenyl)porphyrin (TPPS) in aqueous solution,quaternized chitosan,polyepichlorohydrin-amine cationic polymer with mass fraction of 3% were used to induce the self-assembly behavior of TPPS,which was characterized by Ultraviolet-visible(UV-vis) spectrum. The results show that J-type aggregate is obtained when the pH is lower than 4,and deprotonated TPPS is found at pH higher than 4 under the inducement of quaternized chitosan cationic polymer. Under the inducement of polyepichlorohydrin-amine cationic polymer,J-type aggregate is obtained when the pH is lower than 3,and H-type aggregate is found at pH higher than 3. J-type aggregate could only be obtained under high acid conditions such as pH=1 without the inducement of cationic polymers. Moreover,it is found that there is no significant effect on the self-assemble of TPPS with the inducement of electrically neutral polymer polyvinyl alcohol. In addition,the concentration of TPPS makes little difference in the TPPS molecular self-assembly under the inducement of cationic polymers.
