摘 要:为提高码头整体运行效率,节省硬件成本和办公区域的空间,基于洋山深水港四期岸桥自动化系统,设计了单操作台对多设备的远程操控作业模式。该模式可根据现场操作台的环境和数量决定岸桥自动化系统一对多的设置,通过系统配置的设备获取相应的任务和相关的摄像头画面,通过人工远程操作,发送给不同的设备对应的指令,再把指令运行结果反馈给TOS系统,可节省操作台的空间和成本,提升岸桥作业的整体效率。In order to improve the overall operation efficiency of the terminal,save hardware costs and office space,a remote operation mode of single operating platform for multi-equipment is designed,which based on the automated quay crane system of Yangshan Port Phase IV.The one-to-many setting of automated quay crane system can be decided according to the environment and quantity of field operation platform.Besides,the corresponding tasks and related camera screen are acquired through the device configured by the system,and the corresponding instructions are sent to different devices through manual remote operation.Then,the results of the instructions are fed back to the TOS system.In this mode,the space and cost of the operation platform can be saved and the overall efficiency of quayside crane operation can be improved.
