摘　　要：从公益性制图的职能定位和基本特性出发,分析了当前我国公益性地图应需保障服务存在的问题,提出了应当建立公益性应需高效制图的技术体系和技术标准,指出了今后公益性应需高效制图急需解决的关键技术和研究方向。Based on the functional duties and the basic characteristics of the public welfare map,the problems in the on-demand mapping in China are analyzed,the technical system and standards of public welfare maps should be established are put forward,and the key technologies and research directions for public welfare on-demand mapping in the future are pointed out.
