摘 要:乳腺癌是成年女性最常见的恶性肿瘤,发病呈现年轻化趋势,严重威胁女性的健康。有效的影像学诊断能及时准确发现乳腺病变,是乳腺疾病最重要的辅助检查手段之一。医学影像学技术在乳腺癌诊断方面的发展及其在临床的广泛应用,使得早期诊断乳腺肿瘤的特异度和灵敏度显著提高,大大提高了乳腺癌患者的生存率。目前常用的影像学检查主要是钼靶X线及超声技术,并辅以MRI、PET等检查手段。本文主要综述了乳腺癌影像学诊断方面的进展。Breast cancer is the most common malignant tumor in adult women.The incidence of breast cancer tends to be younger,which seriously threatens women's health.Effective imaging diagnosis can detect breast lesions in time and accurately,which is one of the most important auxiliary means for breast diseases.The development of medical imaging technology in the diagnosis of breast cancer and its wide application in clinic have greatly improved the specificity and sensitivity of early detection of breast cancer,and greatly improved the survival rate of breast cancer patients.At present,the commonly used imaging examinations are mainly molybdenum target X-ray and ultrasonography supplemented by MRI,PET and other examinations.This article reviews the advances in imaging diagnosis of breast cancer.
