摘 要:Ⅰ型超敏反应疾病,特别是变应性鼻炎、哮喘和食物过敏等,在全球儿童和青年中呈逐年增加趋势。大多数患者通过避免过敏原接触、接受传统的变应原特异性免疫疗法(allergen-specific immunotherapy, AIT )及对症药物治疗,病情都能得到一定程度的控制;但少数患者仍然有持续的症状,处于有生命威胁的过敏反应风险中。探索Ⅰ型超敏反应的免疫新疗法(novel immunotherapy)和开发传统AIT新技术成为提高临床疗效的主要策略。现依据固有免疫和适应性免疫机制,对这两个方向的研究进展作一概述。Type Ⅰ hypersensitivity reaction, in particular, allergic rhinitis, asthma, and food allergy represent major disorders.The related incidence is increasing especially in children and young adults all over the world.Nowadays, most these patients have obtained a good deal of control effects by means of avoidance strategies and conventional allergen-specific immunotherapy( AIT ) or symptomatic drug therapy.However, a minority still have persistent symptoms or remain at risk of life-threatening allergic reaction.type Ⅰ hypersensitivity substantial progress in understanding the patho-mechanisms of allergic reaction has led to improve both safety and efficacy profile of conventional allergen-specific immunotherapy and novel immunotherapy strategies.This paper reviews current knowledge on research of novel immunotherapy and AIT in laboratory and clinic according to mechanisms of innate and adaptive immunity.
