摘　　要：地方政府竞争与区域市场集聚是政府与市场层面区际资源配置机制的结果,厘清二者的作用效应对于区域经济协调发展新机制的构建具有重要参考意义.基于理论解释、模型演绎及经验实证,本文分析了地方政府竞争与区域市场集聚对区域经济协调发展的影响路径及其相互作用效应.研究表明:①适度的地方政府竞争有利于区域经济协调发展,而过度的地方政府竞争不利于区域经济协调发展.②短期效应下,区域市场集聚的极化效应显著,对区域经济协调发展的影响是负向的;而长期效应下,区域市场集聚的扩散效应显著,对区域经济协调发展的影响是正向的.③区域市场集聚的负向效应强化了地方政府竞争的正向效应,而区域市场集聚的正向效应加剧了地方政府竞争的负向效应.④地方政府竞争的正向效应削弱了区域市场集聚的正向效应,而地方政府竞争的负向效应强化了区域市场集聚的正向效应.本文的政策落脚点在于,利用政府调控与市场机制的互补作用,构建"市场机制主导、政府调控引导"的区域经济发展模式.Local government competition and regional market agglomeration are the results of inter-regional resource allocation mechanism at the government and market level. It is important to clarify the effect of local government competition and regional market agglomeration for the construction of a new mechanism for regional economic coordinated development. Based on theoretical explanation, model deduction and empirical evidence, this paper analyses the influence path and interaction effect of local government competition and regional market agglomeration on regional economic coordinated development. The results show that:①moderate local government competition is conducive to the coordinated development of regional economy, while excessive local government competition is not conducive to the coordinated development of regional economy.②In the short run, the polarization effect of regional market agglomeration is significant, and the impact on the coordinated development of regional economy is negative;in the long run, the diffusion effect of regional market agglomeration is significant, and the impact on the coordinated development of regional economy is positive.③ The negative effect of regional market agglomeration strengthens the positive effect of local government competition, while the positive effect of regional market agglomeration aggravates the negative effect of local government competition.④The positive effect of local government competition weakens the positive effect of regional market agglomeration, while the negative effect of local government competition strengthens the positive effect of regional market agglomeration. The policy key of this paper is to construct the regional economic development model of " market mechanism leading and government regulation guiding" by using the complementary role of government regulation and market mechanism.
