摘　　要：桡骨远端骨折是上肢常见的骨折,尤其是老年人,腕关节作为全身重要的关节之一,日常生活使用非常高,骨折后其对功能恢复要求较高,如治疗不当将会产生腕关节创伤性关节炎、畸形疼痛等并发症,影响腕关节功能及人们日常生活,现探讨其分型及治疗,为临床治疗提供参考。Distal radius fracture is a common fracture of upper extremity, especially in the elderly. As one of the most important joints in the whole body, the wrist is used very high in daily life, and the function recovery requirement is high after fracture, improper treatment will produce traumatic arthritis of wrist joint, malformed pain and other complications, affecting wrist function and people s daily life. This paper discusses the classification and treatment of distal radius fracture to provide reference for clinical treatment.
