摘 要:目的探讨“317护”健康教育平台在住院患者健康教育中的应用,并评价其效果。方法选择2017年1—3月入住河北大学附属医院神经内科、肾内科、心血管内科的997例患者为观察组,回顾性选择2016年10—12月入住相同科室的1034例患者作为对照组,对照组住院期间采用传统方法进行健康教育;观察组通过“317护”平台进行健康教育。出院前一天采用问卷调查两组健康教育知识掌握情况、健康教育知晓率及满意度。结果观察组健康教育知识得分、知晓率、满意度均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论与传统健康教育相比,应用“317护”平台进行健康教育可提高患者的健康教育效果及满意度。Objective To explore the effect of “317 nursing” inpatient education platform on patients health education.Methods A total of 997 patients enrolled in the department of neurology, nephrology and cardiovascular department from January to March2017 were selected as the observation group.1034 patients admitted to the same department from October to December2016 were retrospectively selected as the control group.Health education in control group was performed with traditional methods and “317 nursing” hospital education platform for the observation group.Questionnaires were used to investigate the knowledge of education, education awareness rate and satisfaction for the two groups.Results The knowledge of education, health education awareness rate and satisfaction were better in the observation group than that in the control group([WTBX]P[WTBZ]<0.01).[WTHZ]Conclusion[WTBZ] The “317 nursing” inpatient education platform can significantly improve the effect of health education and patients satisfaction.
