摘  要:官地矿29406工作面拆架过程中,扩循环时间过长,加之顶板压力大,支架老化,支撑力不够等问题,以致拆架工作进度缓慢,工作面出现温度异常区域和CO涌出异常现象,为此,官地矿采取注氮-注浆联合喷注、人员-传感器联合监测、进风隅角附近支架后方喷洒阻化剂的综合防灭火措施,使得回风流CO浓度降低到11×10^-6,拆架空间内温度降低在25℃以下,确保了人员及设备安全,拆架工作顺利完成。During the process of support dismantling the 29406 working face of Guandi Mine,the expansion cycle time is too long,coupled with the pressure of the roof,the aging of the bracket,and insufficient support force, causes the progress of the dismantling work is slow,and the temperature abnormality area and CO gushing on the working surface,for this reason,Guandi coal mine adopts comprehensive anti-fire extinguishing measures of nitrogen plus injection-grouting,combined with human control and sensors,together with spraying of inhibitors behind the inlets and upper corners of the roadway,CO concentration of the return air flow is reduced to 11×10^-6,the temperature in the dismantling space is reduced below 25 ℃,the safety of personnel and equipment ensured,and the disassembly work is completed smoothly.
