摘  要:建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定固体废物中Cr(Ⅵ)的测定方法。将硝酸硫酸法"HJ/T299-2007"浸提的浸出液,用聚氯化铝絮凝剂将Cr(Ⅲ)沉淀除去,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定Cr(Ⅵ)。同时,将碱消解/原子吸收光谱法"HJ687-2014"测定Cr(Ⅵ)总量也采用ICP-AES法测定。研究了聚氯化铝的用量、仪器工作条件、共存离子的干扰等因素。结果表明,ICP-AES法的检出限低、线性范围宽、线性相关系数为0.9996,方法的相对标准偏差为0.58%~3.8%,加标回收率为90%~114%,避免了溶液基体颜色的干扰,适合皮革固体废物浸出液和碱消解液中Cr(Ⅵ)含量的测定。In this paper,a method for the determination of Cr(VI) in solid waste by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry was established.The leaching solution extracted by nitric acid-sulfuric acid method "HJ/T 299-2007" was precipitated with polyaluminium chloride flocculant to remove Cr(III).The content of Cr(VI) was determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES).At the same time,the total amount of Cr(VI) determined by HJ 687-2014 alkali digestion and atomic absorption method was also determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.The factors such as the amount of polyaluminum chloride,the working conditions of the instrument,and the interference of coexisting ions were studied.The results showed that ICP-AES method has low detection limit,wide linear range,the linear correlation coefficient is 0.999 6,the precision of the method is 0.58%-3.8%,and the recovery rate is 90%-114%,which avoids the interference of the color of solution matrix.It is suitable for the determination of Cr(VI) content in leather solid waste leachate and alkali digestion solution.
