远程高等教育在雄安新区新市民素质提升中的作用研究——以国家开放大学保定学习中心为例

摘　　要：随着教育现代化的不断发展,远程教育已经成为目前一种较为流行的现代化教育方式并凭借其独特的优势作用受到了人们的广泛认可。为对远程高等教育实施情况以及作用发挥情况等作出一个较为全面的认识,文章以国家开放大学保定学习中心为例,就远程高等教育在雄安新区新市民素质提升中的作用展开探究。通过对远程教育内涵及特性的分析,探究了远程高等教育在雄安新区新市民素质提升中的作用,并在以上研究的基础上提出了发挥这种有利作用的途径,从而推动远程高等教育的不断发展,使其为提升广大人民的综合素质发挥更大的作用。With the continuous development of education modernization, distance education has become a more popular modern education mode and has been widely recognized by people with its unique advantages. In order to make a more comprehensive understanding of the implementation and role of distance higher education, this paper takes Baoding Learning Center of National Open University as an example to explore the role of distance higher education in improving the quality of new citizens in Xiongan New District. Through the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of distance education, this paper explores the role of distance higher education in improving the quality of new citizens in Xiongan New District, and puts forward the ways to play this beneficial role on the basis of the above research so as to promote the continuous development of distance higher education and make it play a greater role in improving the comprehensive quality of the broad masses of people.
