社区防灾减灾工作机制研究——以南京市七家湾回族社区为例

摘　　要：基于社区防灾减灾机制的建设现状,以南京市七家湾回族社区为例,利用层次分析法对七家湾的灾前、灾中、灾后的防灾减灾机制进行权重赋值,综合剖析了其防灾减灾机制在这三阶段中出现的缺口,针对结果反馈出相关建议。Based on the present situation of community disaster prevention and reduction mechanism, taking Qijiawan community in Nanjing as an example, this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to assign weight to the mechanism of disaster prevention and reduction before, during and after the disaster. After analyzing the gaps in the three phases of the disaster prevention and reduction mechanism, this paper proposes relevant recommendations based on the results and feedback. The full text includes four parts. 1. Preliminary analysis of the current status of community disaster prevention and reduction mechanism;2. Analysis of the collected data in Qijiawan Community;3. Analysis and summary of the status quo and problems of the community disaster prevention and reduction work mechanism. 4. Relevant suggestions and measures to improve the disaster prevention and reduction mechanism.
