从气血理论探讨癥瘕与阴疽病因病机的联系

摘　　要：阴疽的产生通常是因阳虚或气血不足,加之外感六淫,或七情内伤,或饮食不节,导致寒痰凝结,气血瘀滞,进而化为阴毒,内损筋骨、脏腑。妇人癥瘕是由脏腑气化功能的亢盛或衰弱、外邪侵袭、饮食失节、情志失调等诸多因素作用,最终形成瘀血留滞,痰瘀胶结,络痹气阻,日久而成癥瘕格局。气血是构成和维持人体生命活动的两大基本物质,气血功能的紊乱则会导致诸多病证的形成。本文从气血理论探讨阴疽和癥瘕的病因病机,从脏腑、六淫、七情等方面探讨对气血的影响,分析阴疽与癥瘕内在的病因病机的联系,认为气血的亏虚和运行迟滞是其根本联系。The production of dorsal furuncle is usually due to deficiency of yang or deficiency of qi and blood,combined with infecting six climatic exopathogens or internal injury of seven emotions,or improper diet,resulting in cold phlegm coagulation,stagnation of qi and blood stasis,and then into yin toxin which internally damage to viscera,muscles and bones.Abdominal mass in woman is caused by many factors,such as hyperactivity or weakness of viscera gasification function,invasion of exogenous pathogens,dietary disorders,emotional disorders and so on.It eventually forms a pattern of stagnation of blood stasis,phlegm and blood stasis cementation,collateral obstruction and qi obstruction and results in abdominal mass pattern in a long time.Qi and blood are two basic substances that constitute and maintain human life activities.The disorder of qi and blood function will lead to the formation of many diseases and syndromes.This paper discusses the etiology and pathogenesis of abdominal mass and dorsal furuncle from the theory of qi and blood,discusses the influence of zang-fu viscera,six climatic exopathogens and seven emotions on qi and blood,and analyses the relationship between internal etiology and pathogenesis of abdominal mass and dorsal furuncle.It holds that the deficiency of qi and blood and the delay in operation are the fundamental links.
