纳米银水凝胶联合α-受体阻滞剂治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨纳米银水凝胶联合α-受体阻滞剂治疗ⅢA型前列腺炎的临床效果。方法选取赣南医学院第一附属医院2016年5月~2018年1月收治的90例前列腺炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组各45例,对照组给予患者口服盐酸特拉唑嗪结合左氧氟沙星,观察组在对照组治疗方法的前提下,联合纳米银水凝胶纳肛,评估两组患者的治疗效果,通过早泄评分指数-5(CIPE-5)和勃起功能指数(IIEF-5)评估两组患者治疗前后的性功能,采用SF-36量表评估两组患者治疗前后的生活质量。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的CIPE-5评分、IIEF-5评分均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的CIPE-5评分、IIEF-5评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的总体健康情况、身体疼痛、活力、生理功能、生理职能、社会功能、精神健康、情感职能评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ⅢA型前列腺炎患者采取纳米银水凝胶联合α-受体阻滞剂进行治疗,治疗效果确切安全,值得广泛应用和推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Nano-Silver Hydrogel combined with α-receptor blockers in the treatment of type ⅢA prostatitis. Methods A total of 90 patients with prostatitis admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College from May 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the subjects. They were divided into two groups by random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given oral administration of Terazosin Hydrochloride in combination with Levofloxacin, and the observation group was additionally combined with Nano-Silver Hydrogel anal administration. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated. The pre-treatment and post-treatment sexual functions of the two groups were evaluated by the premature ejaculation index-5 (CIPE-5) and the erectile function index (IIEF-5). The SF-36 scale was used to evaluate the quality of life of patients in the two groups before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The CIPE-5 score and IIEF-5 score after treatment in both groups were higher than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The CIPE-5 score and IIEF-5 score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The overall health status, body pain, vitality, physiological function, social function, mental health and emotional function scores of both groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment , and which of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Nano-Silver Hydrogel combined with α-blockers in the treatment of patients with type ⅢA prostatitis has good therapeutic effect and safety, and it is worthy of widespread application and promotion.
