手法复位夹板外固定与切开复位内固定治疗三踝骨折的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析手法复位夹板外固定与切开复位内固定治疗三踝骨折的临床效果。方法选取2018年2月~2019年3月我院收治的60例三踝骨折患者,按照治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组采用手法复位夹板外固定治疗,观察组采用切开复位内固定治疗。观察两组临床治疗效果。结果观察组的住院时间、下床时间、骨折愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院费用低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组踝关节Baird-Jackson评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手法复位夹板外固定与切开复位内固定治疗三踝骨折的效果比较,切开复位内固定治疗效果理想,可缩短患者住院时间和下床时间,提高患者治疗效果。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of manual reduction splint external fixation and open reduction internal fixation in the treatment of trimalleolus fractures. Methods A total of 60 patients with trimalleolus fractures admitted to our hospital from August 2012 to March 2019 were selected. The patients were divided into control group and observation group depending on the differ treatment, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with manual reduction splint external fixation, and the observation group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation. The clinical effects of the two groups were observed. Results The length of hospitalization, time of getting out of bed and fracture healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group after treatment, with statistically differences (P<0.05). The hospitalization cost of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Ankle Baird-jackson score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with open reduction splint external fixation and open reduction internal fixation in the treatment of three ankle fractures, open reduction internal fixation has an ideal effect, which can shorten the length of hospital stay and time of getting out of bed, and improve the treatment effect of patients.
