摘  要:延长油田经过多年生产,目前很大部分的套管出现损伤、变形甚至套漏等情况,严重影响油井生产作业。针对这一现状,为了较好的进行套管损伤检测,提高套管损伤检测和数据解释的精准度。引入60臂井径测井仪和电磁探伤测井仪组合测井方式对套管进行损伤检测。通过十口井的实验作业,结果表明采用60臂井径测井仪和电磁探伤测井仪组合测井能够对内层套管进行很好的套管损伤检测和认定,同时还能够对外层套管进行检查和损伤认定。通过实验及成果解释,对后续开展套管损伤检测作业具有很好的指导意义。After several years of production in Yanchang Oilfield, under the action of external force, most of the casing is deformed or damaged. and even leakage occurs, which seriously affected the production of oil wells. In view of this situation, in order to improve the level of casing damage detection and more accurate interpretation data.A method combining 60-arm caliper logging tool with electromagnetic flaw detection logging tool is introduced. The experimental results of 10 wells show that the combination of 60-arm caliper logging tool and electromagnetic flaw detection logging tool can detect casing damage better, and also can identify casing damage. The experimental results can be used to guide the future detection work.
