摘　　要：黄浦区蒙之廊老厂房改造项目在改造后重新焕发出活力,成为城市的新地标。从老厂房自身特质、改造需求、改造策略等切入点深刻剖析该项目,可从中提取出若干有益的元素,对其他类似改造项目有所帮助。The renovation project of the old factory building of Mengzhi Gallery in Huangpu District has re-energized after the transformation and has become a new landmark of the city. This paper deeply analyzes the project from the entry points of the old factory's own characteristics, transformation needs, and transformation strategies. It is hoped that some useful elements can be extracted from it, which will help other similar transformation projects.
