摘　　要：由于城市用地紧张,高层住宅越来越多,在居住条件日需改善的背景下,居住密度的增加却带来了一系列的问题,其中尤以噪声污染问题最为严峻。因此人们对于住宅建筑的要求不仅限于稳定与安全,还要求住宅建筑拥有好的隔声效果。文章正是基于此,就住宅建筑隔声效果影响原因展开分析,并从建筑设计的角度提出相应的改善、防治对策。Due to the tight urban land use and the increasing number of high-rise residential buildings, the increase in residential density has brought about a series of problems in the context of the improvement of living conditions.The noise pollution problem is the most serious.Therefore, people's requirements for residential buildings are not limited to stability and safety, but also require good sound insulation for residential buildings.Based on this, the article analyzes the causes of the sound insulation effect of residential buildings, and proposes corresponding improvement and prevention measures from the perspective of architectural design.
