摘 要:基于毕业要求达成评价的教学持续改进是工程教育认证倡导并重点考查的教学机制。针对一些专业点目前在毕业要求达成评价目标、方法和结果利用等方面所存在的不足,本文以服务学生成长与发展为主线,以促进教学持续改革为立足点,将直接与间接评价方法相结合,借助以学期为基本评价周期的毕业要求渐进达成评价模型,构建了基于毕业要求达成评价的学生成长与发展动态跟踪机制。通过相应评测管理软件的开发与实现,实现对学生毕业要求达成过程与演进状态的动态跟踪与评价,并面向学生、教师与教学管理者等不同相干人,从学生发展、课程教学、教学管理、专业建设与改革等多个维度,为教学质量持续改进提供有价值的反馈信息,促进工程教育认证"学生中心、产出导向、持续改进"理念的进一步落实。Continuous quality improvement of teaching and learning based on assessment of graduation requirement achievements is an important mechanism advocated by engineering education accreditation. In view of the shortcomings of current work in terms of assessment objectives, methods and result utilization, this paper, aimed at serving students’ development and promoting the teaching reform, constructs a dynamic tracking mechanism by adopting the gradual assessment model of graduation requirements. The proposed model takes each semester as the basic assessment period and combines the direct and indirect assessment methods. The mechanism can dynamically track and evaluate how students’ graduation requirements are achieved with the help of corresponding evaluation software. Moreover, it contributes to improving the quality of teaching by providing valuable feedback for students, faculty and administrators in terms of student development, teaching, management and construction and reform. In this way, the idea of engineering education accreditation that engineering education should be "student-centered, outcomes-oriented and continuously improved" can be fulfilled.
