摘 要:为提高大型高铁站房机电管线施工效率,探索高铁站房夹层空间机电管线综合施工要点和管理模式,通过BIM技术分析站房夹层空间管线的合理排布方式,选择合理的管线路由,简化施工作业流程,有效避免夹层空间施工过程中各专业间协调不到位产生的问题。并以新建清河站站房工程项目为例进行验证,实践表明BIM技术有效解决夹层空间机电管线作业空间狭窄、专业协调困难等问题,提升机电管线施工效率和夹层空间利用效率。In order to improve the construction efficiency of the electromechanical pipelines in the large high-speed railway station, the comprehensive construction points and management modes of the electromechanical pipelines in the mezzanine space of the high-speed railway station are explored. Through BIM technology, the reasonable arrangement of space in the mezzanine of the station is analyzed, and reasonable pipeline routing is selected to simplify the construction operation process, thereby effectively avoiding the problem of coordination between the various professions in the construction process of the mezzanine space. The new Qinghe station project is taken as an example to verify the results. The results show that the problems of narrow working space and professional coordination difficult of mezzanine space is solved by BIM technology, and the efficiency of electromechanical pipeline construction and mezzanine space utilization efficiency is improved.
