新医科视角下公共卫生与预防医学一流学科建设策略

摘　　要：探索新医科视角下一流学科建设内涵,为公共卫生与预防医学学科建设提供策略依据。以新医科建设为切入点,以公共卫生与预防医学一流学科建设为研究目标,采用系统分析方法分析学科建设现状及存在的问题,提出新医科学科建设路径。从师资队伍、人才培养、科学研究和社会贡献4个方面,构建新医科视角下学科交叉实践型师资体系、阐述注重实践型人才培养方式、明确学科融合型科学研究方向、打造资源整合型疾病防控系统。公共卫生与预防医学学科建设的未来方向应从教师团队建设、实践型人才培养、产学研融合、产业链对接4个方面开展工作。The aim of the study is to explore the connotation of first-class discipline construction from the perspective of new medical science for providing references for the discipline construction in public health and preventive medicine. System analysis was adopted to assess status quo and existing problems in the process of first-class discipline construction. Four aspects, including faculty, talent training, scientific research and social contribution, should be considered in the establishment of interdisciplinary faculty structure for the training of practical talents and the construction of integrated disease prevention and control system. In addition, the combination of medical industry, education and research should also be concerned in first-class discipline construction of public health and preventive medicine.
