摘　　要：目的探索和建立工作场所空气中乙酸甲酯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丙酯、乙酸丁酯、乙酸戊酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸异丁酯的溶剂解吸-气相色谱法。方法采用活性炭管采集,二硫化碳溶剂解吸,经毛细管色谱柱DB-5MS分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测的气相色谱法测定工作场所空气中8种酯类化合物。结果 8种酯类化合物线性关系良好,相关系数均> 0. 999 6,检出限和定量下限分别为0.22~0.46和0.72~1.52 mg/L,最低检出浓度和最低定量浓度分别为0.04~0.08和0.12~0.25 mg/m^3(以采集6.0 L空气计);解吸效率为76.6%~106.8%,批内、批间精密度分别为0.3%~2.9%和0. 2%~5.2%;样品在常温下至少可保存14 d。结论该方法简便快速,准确性好,灵敏度高,适用于工作场所空气中8种酯类有机物的同时测定。Objective To explore and establish a simultaneous determination of methyl acetate, ethyl acetate, propyl acetate ,butyl acetate, amyl acetate, ethyl acrylate, butyl acrylate, isobutyl acrylate in the air of workplace by solvent desorption gas chromatography. Methods Eight kinds of esters in the air of workplace were collected with activated carbon tube, and then desorbed with carbon disulfide, the samples were separated by DB-5MS capillary column and detected by hydrogen flame ionization detector. Results Good linearity of the eight kinds of ester compounds was found , the correlation coefficient was above 0.999 6.The limit of detection and the limit of quantification were 0.22-0.46 and 0.72-1.52 mg /L,respectively. The minimum detectable concentration and the minimum quantification concentration were 0.04 - 0.08 and 0.12- 0.25 mg/m^3 respectively ( sample volume,6.0 L).The desorption efficiency was 76.6%-106.8%. The within-run and between- run precisions were 0.3%-2.9% and 0. 2%-5.2%,respectively.The samples could be kept at least 14 days under normal temperature.Conclusion This simple method is highly efficient, accurate, and sensitive, which is applicable to the simultaneous determination of 8 kinds of ester compounds in the air of workplace.
