摘 要:采用分子动力学方法研究石墨烯作为正十六烷烃(C16H34)润滑油的添加剂对氮化硅-轴承钢(Si3N4-GCr15)摩擦副润滑性能的影响,分析石墨烯质量分数、压力及剪切速度对薄膜润滑区域范德华能、剪切应力及类固膜厚度的影响规律。研究表明:适量的石墨烯可以提高润滑区域的范德华能,增加类固膜厚度,降低Si3N4-GCr15摩擦副的剪切应力,减少摩擦副间摩擦力;石墨烯摩尔质量分数为2.5%时,润滑区域范德华能最大,剪切应力最小;添加石墨烯后,范德华能、剪切应力及类固膜厚度随着压力和剪切速度的变化而较为平稳,而没有添加石墨烯时三者出现较大的波动。可见,石墨烯作为添加剂,改变了压力、剪切速度影响下润滑区域范德华能、剪切应力、类固膜厚度的变化规律。The effects of graphene as an additive of n-hexadecane(C 16 H 34 )lubricating oil on the lubricating properties of silicon nitride-bearing steel(Si 3N 4-GCr15)friction pair were studied by molecular dynamics method.The effects of graphene mass fraction,pressure and shear rate on the van der Waals energy,shear stress and solid film thickness of the film lubrication zone were analyzed.The results show that an appropriate amount of graphene can improve the van der Waals energy of the lubrication region,increase the thickness of the solid film,reduce the shear stress of the friction pair of Si 3N 4-GCr15,and reduce the friction between the friction pairs.When the graphene molar mass fraction is 2.5%,the van der Waals energy in the lubrication region is the largest and the shear stress is the smallest.When graphene is added,van der Waals energy,shear stress and solid film thickness change smoothly with changes in pressure and shear velocity,but they have a large fluctuations when graphene is not added.It can be concluded that graphene as an additive changes the variation of van der Waals,shear stress and solid film thickness in the lubrication zone under influence of pressure and shear velocity.
