中西医结合健康教育对心血管疾病患者干预效果的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的系统评价中西医结合健康教育方式对心血管疾病患者的干预效果。方法计算机检索PubMed、EMbase、Cochrane图书馆、Google学术、中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库关于中西医结合健康教育方式干预心血管疾病患者的随机对照试验(RCTs),文献发表时间在2009—2016年。采用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共检索到820篇文献,最终纳入9篇RCTs研究,共计1620例患者。与单纯应用西医常规护理健康教育相比,中西医结合健康教育能够提高心血管疾病患者的不良生活习惯改变率(OR=10.46,95%CI:3.81~28.72),减少并发症的发生(OR=0.14,95%CI:0.06~0.34),提升护理满意度(OR=5.59,95%CI:3.41~9.17)。结论中西医结合护理健康教育模式的协同作用可以促进心血管疾病患者建立有益于健康的生活习惯,减轻患者痛苦,提升护理服务水平,增进护患关系。但由于所纳入研究样本量较少,质量偏低,结论仍需进一步开展研究加以验证。Objective To analyze the effect of health education combined with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on patients with cardiovascular disease.Methods The databases of PubMed,EMbase,Cochrone Library,Google Scholar,CNKI,Wang Fang Database and VIP Database were retrieved for searching randomized controlled trails(RCT)published from 2009 to 2016 about the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine health education for patients with cardiovascular disease.A Meta-analysis was conducted by using RevMan 5.3 software.Results A total of 820 articles were retrieved and 9 RCTs studies were included.A total of 1 620 patients were included.Compared with the simple application of western medicine routine nursing health education,health education combining traditional Chinese and western medicine can improve patients'bad habits change rate( OR =10.46,95% CI:3.81~28.72),reduce the incidence of complications( OR =0.14,95% CI:0.06~0.34),and improve nursing satisfaction( OR =5.59,95% CI:3.41~9.17).Conclusion The synergistic effect of the nursing education mode of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can promote the establishment of healthy living habits,relieve the pain of patients,improve the level of nursing services and promote the relationship between nurses and patients.However,as the sample size is small and the quality of the sample is low,further research is needed to verify the conclusion.
