摘 要:以轨道车辆用Q345D为实验材料,在点焊时间固定的前提下进行点焊实验。分析点焊过程动态电阻曲线,找出能够表征点焊熔核生长过程的特征量,并以特征量为变量得到点焊质量预测模型。采用与预测模型相同的焊接时间进行点焊实验,并将点焊质量预测模型得到的拉伸强度与实验拉伸强度进行对比,点焊拉伸强度平均误差为3.3%,最大误差为6.05%,满足实际生产质量预测标准要求。With Q345D used by railway vehicles as experimental material,spot welding experiments were carried out under the premise of fixed spot welding time. By analyzing the dynamic resistance curves of spot welding process,the characteristic quantities which can characterize the nugget growth process of spot welding were found out,and the prediction model of spot welding quality was obtained with the characteristic quantities as variables. Spot welding experiments were carried out with the same welding time of the prediction model,and the tensile strength obtained by the prediction model of spot welding quality was compared with the experimental tensile strength. The average error of the tensile strength of spot welding was 3.3%,and the maximum error was 6.05%.
