摘  要:采用回抽式搅拌摩擦焊(FSW)技术,结合专用焊接工具和变位工装焊接输变电配套件导电杆对接环缝,得到无匙孔的环形焊缝。在检测产品焊接变形量的同时,对焊缝进行拉伸、弯曲试验和宏观断面组织观察。结果显示:导电杆FSW对接焊后整体直线度为φ0.05~0.15mm;焊缝平均抗拉强度为195MPa,弯曲180°未出现可见裂纹,宏观组织细小而致密。The conductive rod of transmission and transformation equipment was successfully welded by refilling friction stir welding (FSW) technology combined with special welding tools and positioning tools in this paper,and the circular weld without keyhole is obtained. The welding deformation was measured,and the tensile,bending and macro-section microstructure of the weld were observed. The results show that the overall straightness of conductive rod is between 0.05 and 0.15 mm,the average tensile strength of weld is 195 MPa,no visible cracks appear at 180 degrees bending,and the macrostructure is fine and compact.
