论职业体育人的道德自觉及其实现路径

摘　　要：体育道德建设既是体育职业和体育事业发展所必须,也是整个社会良性运行的根本要求。一方面通过内在的约束对体育人形成一种源于内心的人格力量和理想信念;另一方面通过外在的舆论力量对整个社会环境起到净化器的作用。体育道德自觉的意涵体现在道德的本质要求、体育人的价值理念和人生态度等方面,其养成途径贯穿在体育训练、体育比赛和体育传播过程的始终。职业体育人作为体育道德实践的主体,能否自觉抵制体育活动中的各种不正当行为,不仅是检验体育人职业道德水准的重要尺度,而且是衡量整个社会文明程度的一个重要指标,对整个社会良好道德风尚的形成也会产生一定影响。The building of sports morality is not only necessary for the development of sports profession and sports undertaking,but also the fundamental requirement for the benign operation of the whole society. On the one hand,through the internal constraints,the sprots people form a kind of personality and beliefs that originate from the heart. On the other hand,through the external public opinion,the whole social environment is purified. The sports morality consciousness is embodied in the essential requirement of morality,the value idea and life attitude life of sports people. Its cultivation path runs through the pocess of sprots training,sports competition and sports communication. As the main body of sports moral practice,professional sports people conscious resistance to various kinds of improper behaviors in sports activities is not only an important measure to test the professional morality of sports people,but also an important indicator to measure the degree of cultivation of the whole society. It can also have an impact on the formation of a good social morality custom.
