摘  要:为了解我国赛马肠道寄生虫感染情况,采用饱和蔗糖溶液漂浮法对我国15个城市的共621份新鲜赛马粪便样本进行检查。结果显示:208份样品呈肠道寄生虫虫卵/卵囊阳性,总感染率为33.49%。检出5种肠道寄生虫:以圆线虫为主要感染种类,感染率为29.79%;马副蛔虫的感染率次之,为4.83%;球虫、隐孢子虫和裸头绦虫的感染率分别为0.81%、0.32%和0.32%。不同采样地点赛马肠道寄生虫感染率统计学差异极显著(P<0.01);不同年龄段和不同性别赛马肠道寄生虫感染率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。调查结果表明,应加强赛马肠道寄生虫监测工作,合理用药,避免产生耐药性。To understand the intestinal parasites infection in racehorse in China, 621 fecal samples were collected from 15 cities in China and were examined by using the Sheather’s sugar flotation technique.Total 208 samples were positive of intestinal parasite eggs/oocysts and all prevalence was 33.49%.Five species of intestinal parasites were detected.The predominant parasite was strongylid with the infection rate was 29.79%,followed by Parascaris equorum with the infection rate was 4.83%,and the infection rates of coccidian,Cryptosporidium spp.,and Anoplocephala spp.was0.81%,0.32% and 0.32%,respectively.There was a statistically significant difference in the infection rates of intestinal parasites in racehorse in different areas(P<0.01),and no significant difference in different ages and sex(P>0.05).The investigation showed that necessary to strengthen the surveillance of intestinal parasites infection in racehorse,rational administration of drugs and to avoid the development of resistance.
