摘　　要：为适应大推力电动振动台对开关功放输出功率的要求,提出了水冷式高压功率放大器。介绍了其工作原理和系统构成;给出了冷却系统和大功率驱动电路的详细设计方法;阐述了基于2SC0435T的电路设计要点。对比试验结果表明,所设计的水冷式高压功率放大器很好地解决了传统高压功率放大器冷却效果差、输出功率低的问题,试验效果良好。A water-cooled high-voltage power amplifier is proposed to meet the requirement of high-thrust electric shaking table for switching power amplifier output power. The working principle and system structure are introduced. The detailed design methods of cooling system and high power driving circuit are given. The key points of circuit design based on 2SC0435T are expounded. The comparative test results show that the designed water-cooled high-voltage power amplifier solves the problems of poor cooling effect and low output power of the traditional high-voltage power amplifier,and the test results are good.
