摘 要:针对井下综采工作面复杂恶劣工况里有线设备布线繁琐、维护量大、普通定向天线信号覆盖差的问题,设计了一种抗干扰能力强、覆盖范围广的矿用双极化天线装置。井下现场工业性试验验证,该矿用天线能更好得实现复杂巷道环境的无线信号无死角覆盖,提高了工作面内的无线通信质量,布线简单,降低了设备成本,保障了煤矿安全生产更加的可靠、稳定和持续地运行。Aiming at the problems of complicated wiring, heavy maintenance and poor signal coverage of common directional antenna in the complex and severe working conditions of underground fully mechanized coal face, a kind of mine dual polarization antenna device with strong anti-interference ability and wide coverage is designed.The antenna is equipped with horizontal and vertical antenna elements, which can spread far and cover a wide range of wireless signals. The industrial test shows that the mine antenna can better realize wireless signal coverage without dead angle in the complex tunnel environment, improve the wireless communication quality in the working face, simple wiring, reduce the cost of equipment, and ensure the more reliable, stable and sustainable operation of coal mine safety production.
