摘　　要：为解决水平井套后剩余油监测与挖潜,研制了外径54mm水平井套后剩余油饱和度测井仪(PNST-3D型)。介绍了能够与PNST-3D测井仪配接使用的新型小直径中子发生器,该中子发生器采用新型自成靶中子管,在150℃高温下技术参数稳定,满足测井仪的要求。To solve the problem of residual oil monitoring and tapping potential after horizontal well casing,a 54 mm horizontal well casing residual oil saturation logging tool (PNST-3D) was developed. A new type of small diameter neutron generator which can be used in conjunction with PNST-3D logging tool was introduced. The neutron generator uses a new type of self-made target neutron tube. The technical parameters are stable at 150 ℃ and meet the requirements of the logging tool.
