可洗井封隔器堵塞式压力计验封工艺改进

摘　　要：使用堵塞式压力计以“关-开-关”工艺在使用可洗井封隔器的注水井中验封时,封隔器上的洗井阀可能因压力干扰而打开,导致验封结果失真。为此,对可洗井封隔器洗井阀的动作条件和验封工艺进行了分析,提出了新的“升-降-升”验封工艺,解决了这类封隔器的验封问题。The washing valve inside packer may open due to pressure disturbance,which leads to misunderstanding of the seal conditions of downhole washable packers in a water injection well,when checking seal with plug-type pressure gauges in corresponding water distributors by using the “shutdown-open well-shutdown” process at wellhead. To solve this problem,a new “rise-reduce-rise” wellhead pressure process is proposed,by analyzing the conditions for the action of washing valve inside washable packer and the seal condition inspection process. Field test result proves that the new process is effective.
