摘  要:对YK3井套管钻塞遇阻事故进行了调查研究,对钻水泥塞过程中返出的铁屑和钻头损坏形貌进行了分析,依据钻头和铁屑形貌确定套管失效形式为断裂。对影响钻塞遇阻的各种因素进行了分析,结果表明:套管断裂导致钻塞遇阻。对套管失效时间分析结果表明,在正注水泥碰压之后、钻塞之前,套管已经断裂。对固井工艺进行了分析,找到了固井施工存在的问题。通过分析计算套管在固井过程中的受力状态,确定固井过程中套管没有过载,套管断裂与其材料本身存在的原始缺陷和交变载荷有关。建议进一步研究固井过程中套管受力状态,并对该批剩余套管进行检验。This paper gives an investigation on accident of drilling hard trip in Well YK3. The casing fracture failure form was found per analyzing on morphology of iron remains from well bottom and failure bit morphology. It was shown that the casing fracture resulted in the drilling cement plug resistance pass through analysis on accident cause. It was concluded that the casing broke before drilling cement plug and behind bump plug during injection cement. Some problems in well cementing process were found per analyzing well cementing technology. It was confirmed that casing was not overloaded,and casing fracture may be caused due to itself material original defect and alteranting-load by calculating load born on the casing in cementing process. It was suggested that load born on casing in well cementing should be studied,and the casing left should be inspected.
