一种晶闸管变流器换相重叠角的检测方法和电路

摘　　要：针对晶闸管半控型器件构成的变流器电路,在换相期间产生的换相重叠角,给出一种检测方法和电路。首先,采用光隔离放大电路对晶闸管变流器逆变时产生的负尖脉冲信号整形为方波信号;然后,经过或门电路和触发器数字单元电路处理变换得到换相重叠角信号。该方法可对换相重叠角实时检测,避免目前所采用的对换相重叠角进行计算方法所带来的繁琐复杂以及存在偏差等问题。For the converter circuit composed of thyristor semi-controlled devices, a detection method and circuit are given for the overlap angle of commutation during commutation. Firstly, the negative spike pulse signal generated by thyristor converter inverting is shaped into square wave signal by using optical isolation amplifier circuit;then, the overlap angle signal of commutation is obtained by processing and transforming the gate circuit and trigger digital unit circuit. This method can detect the overlap angle of commutation in real time and avoid the tedious and complicated problems caused by the calculation method of overlap angle of commutation currently used.
