摘　　要：从动态调整和改革成效两个维度入手,探究重庆市公立医院医疗服务价格动态调整的现实困境,包括调整范围相对较窄、调整幅度较小、比价尺度需细化、“重物耗、轻人耗”、人力技术价值收入难以补偿人力成本支出等,从支撑体系、实践路径、配套政策三个层面提出对策建议。Starting from the two dimensions of dynamic adjustment and reform effectiveness, this paper explored the practical dilemma of the dynamic adjustment of medical service prices in public hospitals in Chongqing, including a relatively narrow adjustment range, a small adjustment range, and a need to refine the price scale."Human technology value income is difficult to compensate for labor costs", etc., and proposed countermeasures from the three levels of support system, practice path and supporting policies.
