上海市松江区家长对轮状病毒及五价口服轮状病毒疫苗的认知和疫苗接种意愿调查

摘　　要：目的了解上海市松江区家长对轮状病毒(rotavirus,RV)及其疫苗的相关知识和为其子女接种五价口服轮状病毒疫苗意愿的影响因素。方法采用整群随机抽样方法和自行设计调查问卷,于2018年11月21日至12月11日,对上海市松江区1 962名家长进行有效调查,采用一般描述性分析、单因素分析和多因素非条件logistic回归法分析家长对轮状病毒及五价口服轮状病毒疫苗的认知情况和接种疫苗的影响因素。结果 1 962名家长中,仅55.05%(1 080/1 962)和39.04%(766/1 962)的家长在本次调查前听说过轮状病毒和五价口服轮状病毒疫苗,80.02%(1 570/1 962)的家长愿意为其子女接种五价口服轮状病毒疫苗。听说过轮状病毒、认为对于任何疾病,预防比治疗更重要、认为疫苗接种是预防疾病最重要的手段、认为疫苗的有效性是影响接种疫苗的关键以及对疫苗在国内推广持支持态度为影响家长为其子女接种五价口服轮状病毒疫苗的主要因素。结论上海市松江区家长对轮状病毒和五价口服轮状病毒疫苗的认知程度有待提高,应采取加强宣传、将疫苗纳入国家免疫规划等措施以推广疫苗接种。Objective To investigate parents′knowledge of rotavirus(RV)and its pentavalent oral vaccine in Songjiang district of Shanghai and factors influencing parents′willingness to vaccinate their children. Methods From November 21to December 11,2018,random cluster sampling and self-designed questionnaire were used to effectively survey a total of 1 962parents.Descriptive analysis,single factor analysis and multiplefactor analysis were conducted. Results Among all of the 1 962parents,only 55.05%(1 080/1 962)and 39.04%(766/1 962)had heard of rotavirus and pentavalent oral rotavirus vaccine before this survey,and 80.02%(1 570/1 962)were willing to vaccinate their children with pentavalent oral rotavirus vaccine.Parents who,ever heard of rotavirus,consider prevention is more important than treatment for any diseases,consider vaccination is the most important means for disease prevention,consider vaccine effectiveness is the key factor to influence vaccination and support domestic vaccine popularization,were more willing to let their children to be vaccinated.Most parents were willing to afford less than 500Chinese yuan and they hoped the government and medical insurance could participate to partially cover the cost.If the vaccine could be included in the national immunization programme,it would probably prompt parents to let their children to be vaccinated. Conclusions The awareness of parents in Songjiang district of Shanghai on rotavirus and pentavalent oral rotavirus vaccine needs to be improved,although their vaccination willingness is acceptable.
