多排螺旋CT在急腹症诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析急腹症诊断中应用多排螺旋CT的价值.方法选择本院2016年4月~2018年4月收治的急腹症患者117例,临床诊断时均应用多排螺旋CT扫描并行三维重建,观察诊断准确率.结果经多排螺旋CT诊断结果可知,117例患者中,明确诊断110例,诊断准确率为94.0%.多排螺旋CT对各具体急腹症的诊断结果与手术病理及临床诊断结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论急腹症诊断中应用多排螺旋CT后可提升诊断准确率,促使患者尽早接受对症治疗,改善患者预后,提高患者生活质量,临床应用价值较高.Objective To analyze the value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of acute abdomen. Methods A total of 117 patients with acute abdomen who were admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were selected. In the clinical diagnosis, multi-slice spiral CT scan combined with 3D reconstruction was used to observe the diagnostic accuracy. Results According to the results of multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis, among the 117 patients, there were 110 cases with clear diagnosis, with the diagnostic accuracy of 94.0%. The diagnosis of multi-slice spiral CT for each specific acute abdomen was not significantly different from the surgical pathology and clinical diagnosis results, and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05). Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT can improve the diagnostic accuracy in the diagnosis of acute abdomen, promote patients to receive symptomatic treatment as soon as possible, improve patients' prognosis, improve patients' quality of life, and have higher clinical application value.
