摘　　要：目的观察精细化护理UI缺血性脑血管病患者介入术后并发症的影响.方法选择我院2017年8月~2018年8月治疗的62例行缺血性脑血管病介入术患者,通过随机抽签方式分成两组,观察组与对照组,每组31例.观察组行精细化护理干预,对照组行常规护理干预,对比两组患者护理满意度、并发症情况.结果观察组护理满意度(96.77%)明显高于对照组(77.42%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组并发症发生率(9.68%)明显低于对照组(29.03%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论缺血性脑血管病介入术患者行精细化护理干预可提高患者护理满意度,降低并发症发生率,具有积极的影响,值得在缺血性脑血管病介入术患者中广泛应用和推广.Objective To observe the effect of refinement nursing on the interventional postoperative complications of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods 62 patients undergoing ischemic cerebrovascular disease intervention who treated in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were randomly divided into two groups, including observation group and control group, with 31 cases in each group. The observation group underwent refined nursing intervention, and the control group received routine nursing intervention. The differences in nursing satisfaction and complications between the two groups were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(96.77%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (77.42%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group(9.68%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (29.03%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Refined nursing applied in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease intervention can improve patient care satisfaction, reduce the incidence of complications, have a positive impact, which is widely used and promotion in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease intervention.
